Do you have plans for a large refurbishment? Can you not find what you are looking for in our standard range? Our bespoke design service gives you an element of creative freedom and allows our imagination to run wild.

This service is complimentary. So, you won’t have to pay over the odds to achieve your establishments vision. Firstly, a member of our design team will visit your premises. They will take measurements and discuss project requirements. Secondly, they will provide you with detailed drawings of room layouts or product specifications to consider.

Bespoke furniture is our speciality. Especially when it comes to new builds and refurbishments. As a result, we have the means and experience to liaise with builders and architects. So, we will be on hand to ensure the smooth running of your project.

Every beautiful item of furniture is manufactured at our facility in the North West. Though, we are able to amend catalogue products to meet your exact needs. Or, if you’re looking for something unique, we can work on a completely original design.

So, How Does The Bespoke Design Service Work?

Step One – Site Visit Free Bespoke Measuring and Design Service

Firstly, an experienced member of our design team will visit your site.

During this visit, they will discuss project specifics and survey the rooms. They will make a note of measurements and any key features a room may have. Historical buildings require extra attention as they tend to be unique. So, the member of our design team will take the age and makeup into account. For instance, if a room has beautiful architectural features, they will work hard to preserve these within their design.

If your project is a new build, our team are able to work from architectural drawings.

Step Two – Layout & Visuals

Secondly, following a site visit, our design team will get down to the nitty gritty. They do truly live and breathe every project. So their attention to detail spans across every intricate detail.

Your dedicated design team member will provide you with detailed specification drawings. As well as this, you will receive aerial view room layout drawings. All documentation will then be collated into a booklet for your school or establishment.

This service can be great at cutting down costs. Mostly because it eliminates the need for a contractor or architect.

Step Three – Sample Room

Thirdly, you can opt for a sample room. This is completely optional and comes with no obligation.

Many of our customers have benefited from this service. In basic terms, we manufacture the proposed furniture and deliver it to site. Having the furniture in front of you allows for closer inspection. You will be able to feel the quality of the material and see its aesthetic appeal.

This service also gives you the chance to make any changes prior to a final design decision being made.

Step Four – Furniture Installation Fitted Dormitory Furniture

And finally, once you and our team have reached a design agreement, manufacturing will begin. This process usually takes between four to six weeks. But, we will work with you to arrange a delivery date convenient for your project.

If you opt for our installation service, our delivery team will unload the furniture. They will then install all items in a proposed room. Our fitters are professional and always take pride in the quality of their work. No matter the complexity of the job.
