Coventry – Fitted Office Furniture

As part of our service we are able to offer a complimentary design service for office spaces to assist in creating an environment that suits the needs and requirements of every employee.

Anthony Case our Head of Design managed the project at Coventry, the space was relatively small therefore Anthony commented that it was imperative that the furniture was carefully designed to maximise as much space as possible.  The project required a variety of units, including a shadow box, medical cabinet and filing cabinet as well as working space for their employees.

All office furniture was made from high gloss white laminate as requested by the customer, with a textured premium wood effect laminate for worktops. An important specification for the project was that the filing units, the shadow box and medical cabinets feature lockable tambour roller shutter doors to prevent unwanted access from residents and unauthorised staff. Anthony mentions that tambour roller shutters provide a great space saving option for offices with restricted space as you eliminate the need to have space to open doors. Due the restricted space, it was important that furniture was notched into place around alcoves, radiators and skirting boards. This was completed onsite by our expert fitting team.
