Yes.  Please contact us with details of the product you are interested in and we will look to provide a cost estimate.  Our design team can also work with you to create a bespoke product to suit your specific requirements.

Our delivery timescales are typically 4 weeks from the date of order, but timescales vary depending on the size of the order, the nature of the order (bespoke or standard items), the delivery destination and our current order level.  For an accurate idea of current delivery timescales, please contact our office with details of the products you are interested in.

Delivery of 15 items or more is free of charge to mainland UK.  It is necessary for us to charge delivery on smaller orders, but we attempt to keep all fees to a minimum.  Overseas deliveries are available, price on application.

All ETB standard products come with a 24 month guarantee however, the majority of our ranges are designed to last for 15-20 years in constant use.  This is often the case and we frequently have clients returning to us after that period for a refurbishment.  If clients are looking for a certain guarantee period, we are open to discussion.

Yes.  We offer a complimentary design service, where a member of our team would visit to discuss your specific needs, measure rooms, design new furniture and/or provide potential room layout schemes.  Please contact our office on 01244 373961 to discuss  a consultation.

30 days from the date of invoice (typically the delivery date).  For new clients it is sometimes necessary for a 30% deposit to be taken with the first order.  Should a delivery be postponed for a significant period of time, we may ask for a 30% deposit to be paid towards completed furniture that requires storage.

As standard our deliveries are made to the back of a delivery vehicle as we know many of our clients would like to keep costs to a minimum and would prefer to utilise their own staff to distribute and/or assemble furniture.  We do however, offer a distribution and/or assembly service on request, where our experienced team will unload distribute and/or assemble furniture in rooms for you. If you would like a price for this service, please contact our office.

Sample rooms are available on request and are very popular with new builds and refurbishments.  We can provide recommended or requested furniture for perusal by your staff and students/residents/customers.  Samples of individual items and/or colour/finish samples are also available on request.  Please contact our office to discuss.
